Our Targets

To train intermediate staff who have technological knowledge and skills in the field of food production areas (raw material acceptance-storage-processing-processing-storage-storage-labeling-marketing-storage and sales) covering all stages from raw materials to reach the consumer and who can work in food laboratories and food enterprises.

In order to ensure food safety and quality, starting from the primary production stage of food and substances and materials in contact with food, starting from the primary production stage of food and food-contact materials and materials, by observing the minimum technical and hygienic conditions in the processing and distribution stages, in accordance with the regulation, food inspection and control services in accordance with the regulation and to train assistant staff who can organize an inspection report when necessary.

To train qualified people who have the knowledge and skills to take samples at all stages of the process from food production to consumption, to make sensory, physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes of the samples taken.
