In the conditions of our ever-changing and renewing world, in order to produce high quality foodstuffs, to obtain safe, healthy and high quality products in the production stages of foods from raw materials to consumption, to have all the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the continuity of food production systems, to have effective communication and cooperation infrastructure with stakeholders, to train innovative, national and international scientific and technological technicians who have a command of scientific and technological issues, to conduct basic and applied research and to present the accumulation of knowledge to the food industry and society.
